The specific operating procedures for the high-speed fully automatic ink printing machine are as follows: pre production operation specifications 1. Machine inspection work 1. Perform the following routine inspections on the machine; (1) Check for other items inside the crew and on the workbench. (2) Check if each oil level is normal. (3) Wipe and inspect the printing plate for damage. (4) Run the machine to check for any abnormal noise. (5) Each lubrication point must be oiled once. 2. Understand the operation status of the equipment and check for any abnormal noise when running the machine. 2、 Production preparation work: 1. Check the handover records; 2. Upon receiving the production designated order, first verify whether the designated order is correct, understand the process requirements, production quantity, and precautions for the products to be produced. The live parts printed in two shifts should be marked on the printing surface to trace quality issues. 3. Prepare raw and auxiliary materials according to the specified order. 4. Carefully read the product specification sheet to understand if there are any special requirements for the product: (1) whether online polishing is required; (2) Whether die-cutting and die-cutting requirements; (3) Are there any requirements for printing color sequence; (4) Verify whether to print or touch the lines first; 2. Check the production status of cardboard to see if batch printing is necessary to avoid free defects; (It is strictly prohibited to sit or press with hands on the cardboard to avoid local dents that may affect printing.) 3. Set the ink amount and viscosity in advance according to the printing color requirements; 4. Correctly adjust machine pressure, printing speed, slot position, and arrange color sequence reasonably. Operation specifications during production 1 Start feeding paper, produce one or two sheets of cardboard, pass the inspection, and start mass production. 2. Refer to the approved draft or approved sample to inspect the packaging box in the following aspects: (1) Position of images and text; (2) Glazing position; (3) Box size; (4) Is the graphics and text complete The following methods are adopted for the inspection of images and texts: (1) off draft inspection (off signed draft) read through each line; To avoid errors in the signed manuscript itself; (2) Inspect based on signed drafts or samples; 4. During the production process, spot checks should be carried out at any time to check for any deviation, color difference, clarity and shortage of graphics and text, whether there are burrs or tears on the grooved forming blade, whether there are overlapping seams in the lid forming, whether the pressing is correct, and whether the pressure is appropriate. If there are quality issues, they should be promptly addressed and marked at the defect location for the convenience of subsequent processes to detect them. 5. During the process of loading cardboard, employees must strictly inspect and control the quality of the cardboard. If any defects such as blistering, bending, exposed tiles, or tearing are found, they must be detected for other purposes. 6. Immediately shut down the machine for handling the following problems: (1) significant color difference and inkless phenomenon occur; (2) Image and text defects or printing plate issues; (3) Dirty printing surface; (4) Machine malfunction; 7. Observe the machine for any problems during production and provide timely warranty. 8. If material problems cannot be solved on the spot, production should be stopped and reported to the quality inspector for relevant departments to solve, in preparation for subsequent production. After the production is completed, the operation specification is as follows: 1. Separate the printed qualified products from the inspected ones and clearly mark them. 2. The captain arranges personnel to clean and maintain the machine in accordance with the "Machine Maintenance System". 3. Cut off the power and airflow.
