Introduction:


Full computer touch screen control, Panasonic PLC, Inviton servo drive motor. The main machine is equipped with Taiwan Delta variable frequency control, automatic gluing control, no glue alarm, counting, and counting reaching alarm functions.
Host: High frequency quenching of sprockets and synchronous wheels, both of which are products of Xiamen joint venture; The positioning belt is Italian technology;
Host pressure transmission: The frequency control is from Taiwan's Delta brand, and the conveyor belt is made of Italian technology.

The total length of the new servo veneer machine is 9.8 meters, including a main unit length of 4 meters, a conveying length of 5 meters, a paper receiving table length of 0.8 meters, 28 conveying shafts, 8 positioning belts, 3 synchronous wheels, and 1 synchronous belt.

2. The bottom paper adopts suction automatic feeding, which can automatically track the speed of manual paper feeding;
3. New concept front gauge positioning, high positioning accuracy, and never leading the bottom paper; The leading amount of the face paper can be adjusted
4. The Semi Automatic Flute Laminator adopts a touch screen/PLC control system, with stable circuit system operation and automatic display of fault alarms;
5. The fully automatic glue replenishment system can automatically replenish the lost glue during the bonding process, and cooperate with glue recycling to avoid glue loss and waste;
6. The linear speed of the gluing roller is scientifically designed to ensure uniform gluing while avoiding glue throwing during high-speed operation
7. Use a rubber roller to clean the bottom roller thoroughly, and the back of the corrugated paper is not sticky, saving the trouble of frequently replacing the scraper;
8. Floating movable press ensures that the corrugated paper will not be flattened after lamination, while also ensuring the flatness and straightness of the cardboard;
9. The cleaning water source adopts an independent water tank to control water circulation, which is clean and not easy to accumulate glue;
10. The pressure of the roller can be adjusted unilaterally. When changing the specifications of the base paper, only one side needs to be shaken to the required scale, without the need to test the pressure of each roller. Adjusting the machine is convenient and fast.
