The Use Of High-speed Wire Collision Machines in The Cardboard Box Industry in Cardboard Box Machinery Equipment
Oct 31, 2024
The high-speed wire collision machine of cardboard box machinery equipment is mainly used as a set of equipment for cardboard box indentation. This equipment is similar to cardboard box printing machines, both of which have die-cutting and one-time molding. Generally, high-speed wire collision machines can produce 120 pieces per minute, with over 60 pieces produced by semi-automatic machines and over 40 pieces produced by manual machines.
The high-speed wire collision machine is innovative in China, with a novel design, superior performance, and a wide range of applications, which solves the problem of wire collision cracking in heavy cardboard and cardboard. High production efficiency, with a 1.5-meter-long box board that improves efficiency by 5-8 times compared to manual machines. The suction type front edge feeds paper longitudinally, and the length of the cardboard is not limited.
The interface is clear and the operation is simple and easy. The produced cardboard has high precision and adopts a leading edge adsorption paper feeding method, resulting in a high accuracy error of ± 0.5mm in the distance between the high-voltage lines of the box for batch production of sheets and the last sheet of cardboard. Moreover, the length and height of the cardboard are not limited by the length due to changes in the paper feeding direction.
