Feeding Unit

1.Vacuum adsorption leading edge paper feeding, variable frequency control of air volume, increasing the stability and accuracy of cardboard conveying.
2.Quick changing paper feeding roller mechanism, wrapped in soft rubber, durable, and easy to maintain equipment.
3.Double row paper feeding rubber rollers for improved paper feeding accuracy.
4.The suction and dust removal system can remove a large amount of paper dust on the surface of cardboard, improving printing quality.
5.The left and right side baffles, as well as the rear bracket, are all computer-controlled, with precise guidance mechanisms and stable displacement, and are equipped with side shooting function.
6.Optional servo leading edge and pressure free paper feeding system.

1. Horizontal computer adjustment of the printing roller, with amplitude modulation soil of 10mm.
2. High precision anilox roller, which is equipped with a paper feeding system and a pneumatic automatic lifting device (when feeding, the anilox roller descends and contacts the printing plate, and when stopping feeding, the anilox roller rises and separates from the printing plate).
3.Ratchet type quick plate hanging device, full plate hanging groove, suitable for 9mm plate hanging strip with foot switch electric control for forward and reverse rotation.
4.Quick replacement of rubber rollers and mesh roller devices, equipped with quick replacement brackets.
5. Erase version memory, automatic reset system.
6.Optional scraper and ceramic anilox roller for ink leveling.
7.Optional tilt correction device, the tilt error during plate mounting can be quickly corrected on the plate roller.

1.Slotting cutter wheel form: double blade single shaft type.
2.Alloy steel material undergoes heat treatment and grinding of serrated slotted blades, providing excellent hardness and toughness. The xing pressing line wheel, cutter bed lateral movement, phase adjustment, reset, etc. can all be controlled by computer (automatic or manual) electric control, and the order can be changed quickly.
3.The upper and lower blades are linked, with the function of positioning the cutting blade into the groove, ensuring synchronous movement of the left and right adjustment of the blade holder. The separated lower blade is easy to maintain and replace, extending the service life of the cutting blade.
4.Pre press transmission, the surface of the pre press wheel is wrapped with Uni glue to avoid damage to the cardboard.
5.The wire pressing wheel is embedded with excellent adhesive, and the lateral movement position of the wire pressing wheel can be adjusted simultaneously with the slot cutter seat.
6.The lateral displacement structure of the middle knife has a wide production adaptability.
7.Elastic corner cutter structure, no need to adjust the corners of three or five layers of cardboard.
8.Precision linear guide rail, combined with ball screw, makes the movement of the slotting cutter seat more flexible and accurate.
9.Optional dual blade and dual shaft slotting unit.

1.Equipped with imported quick-change polyurethane rubber pad, easy to replace, with one-way clutch linear speed compensation function, which can ensure that the worn rubber pad is completely consistent with the cardboard die-cut before wear.
2.During work, the die-cutting rubber pad drum automatically moves left and right with a mechanical spiral (20mm soil), ensuring that the cutting marks are not repeated and extending the service life of the rubber pad.
3.The gap between the rubber cushion roller and the die-cutting roller is controlled pneumatically. During normal paper feeding, the rubber cushion roller drops to the working position, and when the paper feeding is stopped, the rubber cushion roller automatically rises.
4.Horizontal computer control of die-cutting roller, electric adjustment, amplitude modulation soil 10mm
The rubber pad correction mechanism increases the frequency of rubber pad use and reduces consumption.
5. The bottom of the die-cutting is equipped with a waste paper conveying device, which transports the die-cut paper scraps outside the equipment for easy cleaning.
