Common Reasons and Solutions for Cardboard Gluing Machine Empty Sheets
1. The cardboard itself is too light, or curled, too much paper powder, etc. will cause empty sheets.
Solution: Just increase the weight of the paper, or arrange the cardboard, and at the same time, flatten the cardboard and shake off the paper powder, which can be solved very well.
2. The quality of the cardboard is too light, the stack is not high enough, and the operator does not add cardboard, so the friction force of the equipment is not enough and empty sheets appear.
Solution: Only the operator needs to add cardboard regularly.
3. The angle of the supporting rod of the folder-gluer is too high so the cardboard cannot be in good contact with the equipment, resulting in empty sheets.
Solution: Just adjust the height of the support rod and keep it at an appropriate height.
4. Due to the aging of the folder gluer belt, slipping occurs.
Solution: You only need to roughen the belt, increase its surface roughness, or add an air jet device to solve this problem.
5. The angle of the rear support frame is too high so the cardboard and the transmission belt cannot be in good contact.
Solution: Properly adjust the angle of the rear support frame, generally 15° to 30°.
6. The position of the pre-folding guide rod is improperly adjusted, or it is not fixed firmly, resulting in pre-folding skew.
Solution: Generally, adjust the pre-folding guide rod several times, and then lock it after checking that the crease is accurate.
